Returns the relative URL of the page indicated by the vector.  The name should correspond to the vector name of an existing page.  If no page exists with that vector name, an error will be returned.

Examples

This will return a URL to the main page of the website, provided that page's vector name is "main"

{{url:view_home?home_id=5}}
This will return a URL to the page to view a home and include the specified url parameter in the URL.
